Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation if:
Your order hasn’t entered processing (within 24 hours of purchase)
The item is on backorder and you don’t wish to wait
To cancel:

Include your order number in the subject line
Clearly state your cancellation request
We process cancellations within 1 business day and will email confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:
Damaged or defective items (photo proof required)
Incorrect items shipped
Items not matching their description
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened/unsealed educational kits
Books with removed shrink wrap
Personalized/custom items

Provide order number and return reason
We’ll email return instructions if approved
Ship items back in original packaging
Refund Details
Approved refunds processed in 5-7 business days
Refunded to original payment method
Customer pays return shipping (unless our error)
